基于沉淀法和吹脱法的磷石膏浮选废水脱磷氟氮工艺研究OA
Research on the process of phosphorus,fluoride and nitrogen removal fromflotation effluent of phosphogypsum based on precipitation and air stripping method
磷石膏浮选废水中含有磷、氟、氮等杂质,会降低磷石膏制品性能.本文采用沉淀法和吹脱法分别探究了CaO加入时间间隔对含磷(氟)和含氨氮模拟浮选废水中沉淀产物粒径和微观形貌的影响,结果表明:含磷模拟浮选废水中,随着CaO加入时间间隔的增大,沉淀产物的粒径逐渐增大,时间间隔为40 min时的沉淀产物平均粒径为20 μm;CaO加入时间间隔对含氟模拟浮选废水沉淀产物的结晶效果影响较小,沉淀产物平均粒径为1~2 μm.在四川某企业排放的磷石膏浮选废水中加入CaO,时间间隔为40 min时,沉淀产物的平均粒径为20 μm,处理后废水中的磷、氟质量浓度分别为22.4 mg/L和46.2 mg/L,脱除率分别为99.8%和94.9%;对已除去磷氟的磷石膏浮选废水进行氨氮静态吹脱处理,结果表明:当曝气量为1.5 m3/L、CaO补加量大于2 g/L、脱氨剂用量为0.1 g/L时,磷石膏浮选废水中氨氮残余质量浓度为7.8 mg/L,脱除率达97.47%,处理后的废水可循环利用.
Phosphogypsum flotation effluent contains impurities such as phosphorus,fluorine,and nitrogen,which can reduce the performance of phosphogypsum products.This article explores the effects of CaO addition time inter-vals on the particle size and microstructure of precipitation products in simulated flotation effluent containing phos-phorus(fluorine)and ammonia nitrogen by precipitation method and air stripping method.The results show that in simulated flotation effluent containing phosphorus,as the CaO addition time interval increases,the particle size of pre-cipitation products gradually increases.The average particle size of precipitation products at a time interval of 40 minutes is 20 μm;The addition time interval of CaO has little effect on the crystallization effect of the precipitation products of fluorine-containing simulated flotation effluent,with an average particle size of 1~2 μm.When CaO was added to the phosphogypsum flotation effluent discharged by a certain enterprise in Sichuan with a time interval of 40 minutes,the average particle size of the precipitate was 20 μm.The mass concentrations of phosphorus and fluoride in the treated wastewater were 22.4 mg/L and 46.2 mg/L,respectively,and the removal rates were 99.8%and 94.9%,respectively;The static blow off treatment of ammonia nitrogen was carried out on the phosphogypsum flota-tion effluent from which phosphorus and fluoride had been removed.The results show that when the aeration rate was 1.5 m3/L,the CaO addition rate was greater than 2 g/L,and the deamination agent dosage was 0.1 g/L,the residual mass concentration of ammonia nitrogen in the phosphogypsum flotation effluent was 7.8 mg/L,and the removal rate reached 97.47%.The treated wastewater can be recycled.
