摘要

Abstract

High-purity quartz sand is a critical foundational material for strategic emerging industries such as next-generation information technology,new energy,high-end equipment,and aerospace,etc.Its production has high resource and technological barriers.China's 4N8 grade high-purity quartz sand raw ore and products heavily rely on imports,which poses a"bottleneck"risk.This article systematically introduces the characteristics of quartz impurity occurrence forms and removal methods.The mechanism of chlorination roasting reaction is elaborated in detail around the depth of impurity removal by chlorination roasting,and the research progress of conventional chlorination roasting,microwave chlorination roasting,and new chlorination roasting technologies is summarized.In the future,it is necessary to improve the exploration technology and standards for high-purity quartz resources,quickly select the target areas for resource exploration,and then construct a knowledge map of high-quality quartz resources;Further strengthen basic theoretical research,optimize targeted impurity removal technology for difficult to remove impurities,enhance the intelligence level of chlorination process,and form a chlorination purification process with wider applicability of raw materials and higher production stability.
