Abstract
In this article,the health problems of rivers and lakes of Haicheng River in recent years were analyzed,the construction of water conservancy projects in Haicheng River and its basin was sorted out,the scope and main content of Haicheng River health evaluation were determined.And based on the specific situation of Haicheng River,a health evaluation system and evaluation standards consisting of 5 criteria layers and 13 indicators such as hydrology and water resources were established,also the health survey and evaluation of Haicheng Rive were carried out from 5 aspects,including hydrology and water resources,physical structure,water quality,biology,and social service functions.The results were compared with the results of Haicheng River health evaluation in 2015.The causes of the health problems in rivers and lakes were analyzed,and the countermeasures and suggestions for the health restoration of Haicheng River were further put forward.关键词
