Abstract
By examining the development history of soil and water conservation monitoring quarterly reports,we selected and reviewed 60 soil and water conservation monitoring quarterly reports from production and construction projects approved by the Haihe River Basin authorities between 2021 and 2023.This review clarified the current issues in soil and water conservation monitoring quarterly reports and in the monitoring of soil and water conservation for production and construction projects.The main causes of these issues were analyzed from various aspects,including soil and water conservation monitoring technology,regulatory processes,personnel responsible for monitoring,and the level of informatization in soil and water conservation.Based on these findings,relevant recommendations were proposed for water administrative departments,soil and water conservation monitoring units,and the overall development of soil and water conservation.These suggestions aim to better promote the high-quality development of soil and water conservation efforts and provide support for the construction of a Beautiful China.关键词
