新时期德州市中小河流治理研究
Management of Medium and Small Rivers in Dezhou City in the New Era
摘要
Abstract
In line with the latest national requirement of"promoting the systematic management of medium and small rivers based on watershed,"taking Dezhou City,located in the Haihe River Basin,as an example,and combining the historical management status and flood disaster occurrences of medium and small rivers with drainage areas ranging from 200 to 3 000 km2,the main issues existing in the current governance of these rivers were analyzed in this paper,also the specific governance strategies and measures were proposed,providing a reference for solving the management challenges of medium and small rivers in the Haihe River Basin.关键词
