Abstract
The practice of the Taihu Eco-Island(Jinting Town)in Suzhou during the new round of comprehensive Taihu Lake governance was summarized in this paper.And combined with the current difficulties and problems in the comprehensive management of water environment,such as the low rates of Grade III water quality in rivers flowing into the lake,poor natural purification conditions of rivers and lakes,agricultural non-point source pollution,new changes in the rural domestic sewage treatment,and an incomplete water ecological monitoring system,a systematic approach to advancing the ecological comprehensive management of Taihu Lake was proposed.It included solutions emphasize the"two guarantees and two improvements"framework,deepen source control,prioritize ecological restoration,and expand restoration capacity.These measures aim to provide valuable insights for the new round of comprehensive water environment management in the Taihu Lake Basin.关键词
