摘要

Abstract

Based on the precipitation data from 34 rainfall stations in Dalian City in 2016,three interpolation methods—Thiessen polygons,Kriging,and Inverse Distance Weighting(IDW)—were used to calculate precipitation for each county and district.The reliability and accuracy of these methods were compared and analyzed through cross-validation to determine the most suitable method for calculating precipitation in the Dalian Water Resources Bulletin.The results showed that:①In areas with sufficient stations,the reliability and stability of the IDW method were significantly lower than those of the Kriging and Thiessen polygon methods;② In hilly areas of Dalian,the IDW method better reflected the precipitation characteristics;③Overall,the IDW method was suitable for hilly areas with a high density of rainfall stations,while the Thiessen polygon method was more appropriate for regions with very few rainfall stations.
