Abstract

To fully utilize the regulation and storage capacity of the sluices and dams in the Anyang urban section of the Huanhe River,optimize regional water resource allocation,and improve the river's ecological environment,a multi-level sluice-dam operation model based on the particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was developed.The ecological flow guarantee rate and the equilibrium of dam storage were taken as objective functions of the model,with water level control lines serving as decision variables.After optimization,the annual ecological flow guarantee rate reached 90%,the monthly guarantee rate reached 96%,and the comprehensive equilibrium of dam storage was 0.16.This joint operation rule not only satisfied the ecological flow requirements of the river,but also ensured the continuity of the landscape water level,thereby maximizing engineering benefits.
