广西富硒农产品加工业发展的实践与思考
Practice and Reflections on Development of Selenium-Rich Agricultural Product Processing Industry in Guangxi

Abstract
Guangxi has distinctive agricultural characteristics and rich selenium resources.It is an important production area for selenium-rich agricultural products in China,and the selenium-rich agricultural product processing industry has great potential for development.In recent years,Guangxi has achieved good results in the construction of selenium-rich agricultural production bases,increasing the income of producers and operators,and identifying selenium-rich agricultural products.However,there are problems in the development of the selenium-rich agricultural product processing industry,such as poor raw material supply guarantee ability,insufficient special fund policy support,low level of deep processing technology,low quality of professional talents,disorderly industrial layout planning and insufficient supporting services.This study closely follows the high-quality development goal of selenium-rich agricultural product processing industry,and proposes some countermeasures and suggestions.These include building a high-quality raw material supply base,formulating special policies and regulations for the processing industry,innovating deep-processing technologies for products,strengthening talent team building,continuously optimizing the industrial layout,and improving corresponding socialized supporting services.关键词
