Interplanting Cultivation Technology of Potatoes and Maize in Northwest Hubei Province
摘要
Abstract
Potatoes,as one of the major crops in Hubei Province,enjoy substantial market demand.To enhance the efficiency of potato cultivation in high mountain areas of Hubei and ensure the safety of food and vegetable supply.Based on the unique regional environment,early maturing potato and maize varieties,and production status in the northwest of Hubei Province,this article systematically summarized the technical system of potato and maize intercropping production from the aspects of variety screening and processing,field cultivation techniques,field management measures,and harvesting and processing.The efficient intercropping of potatoes and corn in the Northwest Region of Hubei Province has strengthened the complementary advantages between crops,optimized the utilization of resources such as light,space,time,and soil,and effectively improved the utilization rate of arable land.关键词
