National TCM Master PAN Minqiu's experience in treating ovarian cancer based on the theory of"pathogenesis differentiation and treatment"
摘要
Abstract
Ovarian cancer is one of the common malignant tumors of the female reproductive system in China,and Chinese medicine demonstrates distinct therapeutic advantages.Based on his clinical experience,Professor PAN Minqiu,the National TCM Master,believes that the occurrence and development of ovarian cancer are the result of the comprehensive interaction and mutual influence among the zang-fu organs,meridians,and the three factors of"body deficiency,cancer toxin,and blood stasis".The disease is located in the ovaries and is closely related to the liver,spleen,and kidneys.It is proposed that treatment should be based on the theory of"pathogenesis differentiation and treatment",with staged interventions.In the early stage,the focus is primarily on reinforcing healthy qi,supplemented by eliminating pathogenic factors,employing modified Pishen Formula as the empirical formula.In the middle to late stages,emphasis is placed on reducing toxin and enhancing efficacy.Therefore,an empirical formula,modified Shaofu Zhuyu Decoction combined with Xiayuxue Decoction,has been clinically applied with significant therapeutic effects.关键词
