Professor CHEN Xinyu's experience in treating bronchial asthma with paste formula based on the theory of"yang dominates and yin follows"
摘要
Abstract
Bronchial asthma is a common respiratory disease and Chinese medicine offers a unique theoretical framework and diverse therapeutic approaches for its management.The occurrence of asthma is mostly related to the dysfunction of the lung,spleen,and kidney,with the fundamental pathogenesis lying in the deficiency of yang qi and excess of yin pathogens.Guided by the theory of"yang dominates and yin follows,"Professor CHEN Xinyu excels in applying TCM paste formula to prevent and treat bronchial asthma in clinical practice.He puts forward the treatment principles of strengthening yang to dispel pathogens and protect the body,warming yang to resolve fluid retention and transform phlegm,invigorating yang to circulate blood and transform stasis,ascending yang to strengthen the spleen and control phlegm production,and nourishing and strengthening primordial yang to benefit the kidney,so as to regulate the balance of yin and yang in the body and has achieved significant clinical efficacy.A verified medical record is attached for illustration.关键词
