基于相火学说浅析玫瑰痤疮证治
Pattern differentiation and treatment of rosacea based on the theory of ministerial fire
摘要
Abstract
Based on the theory of ministerial fire,the pathogenesis,therapeutic principles and methods of rosacea are discussed.The core pathogenesis of rosacea lies in the reckless stirring of ministerial fire,caused by factors such as the diminished sovereign fire,liver qi stagnation transforming into fire,spleen deficiency,and the kidney's failure in sealing and storing.It is proposed that the overarching principle for treating this condition is to restrain and subdue the ministerial fire.For the condition of diminished sovereign fire and hyperactive ministerial fire,the treatment principle should focus on clearing and nourishing the heart while subduing and restraining the ministerial fire.The recommended formula is Shengyang Decoction.,For stagnated ministerial fire caused by liver qi stagnation transforming into fire,the treatment principle is to soothe the liver,resolve stagnation,regulate qi,and clear fire.The recommended formula is Chaihu Qinggan Powder.For displaced ministerial fire caused by spleen deficiency,the treatment principle is to raise yang,strengthen the spleen,and subdue fire.The recommended formula is Shengyang Yiwei Decoction.For floating ministerial fire resulting from kidney's failure in sealing and storing,the treatment principle is to tonify the kidney,subdue yang,and guide the fire back to its source.The recommended formula is Yinhuo Decoction.A case report is attached to provide new ideas for the diagnosis and treatment of rosacea.关键词
