"三明治"教学体系在泌尿外科住院医师住培教学中的应用
Application of the"sandwich"teaching system in residency training for urological residents

Abstract
Objective To explore the application value of the"sandwich"teaching system in the residency training for urological residents.Methods Based on the resident training management plan of our hospital,a total of 220 urological residents undergoing clinical rotation in the First Hospital of Hunan University of Chinese Medicine from November 2022 to September 2024 were selected for the study.According to the residency rotation requirements,each training cycle lasted one month,and all residents in a given cycle were considered a single research group.All research groups were equally divided into two groups(the control group and the experimental group)by random sampling method,with a total of 22 research groups.All residents were unaware of their group assignments.The experimental group was taught by the"sandwich"teaching system,while the control group adopted the traditional teaching system.After the teaching,questionnaire surveys and assessments were conducted to evaluate the teaching effectiveness of both groups.Results The assessment scores of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P>0.05).In terms of recognition of the teaching system,knowledge acquisition,engagement,improvement of self-learning ability,and enhancement of clinical competence,the experimental group outperformed the control group(P>0.05).Conclusion The"sandwich"teaching model can improve the effectiveness of residency training in urology and is worth promoting in surgical residency training.关键词
