坏死性凋亡在病毒感染性疾病中的研究进展
Research Progress of Necrotic Apoptosis in Viral Infectious Diseases
摘要
Abstract
Necrotic apoptosis is a regulated manner of cell death,usually triggered by the binding of death re-ceptors and tumor necrosis factors or viral infection.Unlike cell apoptosis,necrotic apoptosis is characterized by cell swelling,membrane rupture,and the release of cytoplasmic contents,which may trigger an inflamma-tory response and surrounding tissue damage.The discovery process and molecular mechanism of necrotic ap-optosis are reviewed,and the TNF-α signaling pathway and the formation of receptor interacting protein kinase 1(RIPK1)/receptor interacting protein kinase 3(RIPK3)complex are focused on discussing.At the same time,the central role of active oxygen in RIPK1-mediated necrotic apoptosis is emphasized and the key role of necrotic apoptosis in host antiviral defense is explained.This review provides a reference of the biological func-tion of necrotic apoptosis and also a theoretical basis for the development of new therapeutic strategies.关键词
