Expression and Clinical Significance of MEI1 Gene in Cervical Cancer Tissues
摘要
Abstract
Based on bioinformatics methods,the expression changes of meiotic double-stranded break forma-tion protein1(MEI1)gene during the occurrence and development of cervical cancer(CCA)were analyzed,and the correlation between its expression and the prognosis of CCA patients as well as immune infiltration was evaluated.The expression of MEI1 gene in CCA tissues was analyzed through the GEPIA and HPA databas-es.The relationship between the expression of MEI1 gene and the infiltration levels of immune cells was ana-lyzed through the Timer database.The interaction protein network of MEI1 was analyzed through the String database.The results showed that at the levels of gene transcription and protein expression,compared with normal tissues,the expression of MEI1 was significantly increased in CCA tissues.The high expression level of MEI1 gene was positively correlated with the prognosis of CCA patients,the higher the expression of MEI1 gene,the better the prognosis.The expression level of MEI1 gene was positively correlated with the immune infiltration levels of neutrophils,dendritic cells,B cells,CD4 cells and CD8 cells,MEI1 may regulate the oc-currence and development of CCA through interactions with proteins such as NEDD8,MORC1,MEI4,REC114,SPO11,C11orf80,HORMAD1,CCDC36,ANKRD31 and SYCE1.关键词
