虾青素微囊粉的制备与质量评价及其初步药代动力学
Preparation,Quality Evaluation of Astaxanthin Microcapsule Powder and Its Preliminary Pharmacokinetics

Abstract
Astaxanthin microcapsule powder(Asta-MCs)was prepared by spray drying method.The quality of Asta-MCs was evaluated by parameters such as appearance,particle size,mass fraction,water content,sol-ubility,encapsulation efficiency,drug loading and angle of repose,and pharmacokinetic studies in vivo were also carried out.The results showed that Asta-MCs were orange-red powders with good physicochemical prop-erties.For the self-made Asta-MCs,the half-life was(15.523±3.079)h,the average retention time was(17.787±0.108)h,the peak mass concentration was(1.191±0.060)μg·mL-1,the peak time was 8 h,the area under the blood drug mass concentration-time curve(AUC0~t)was(26.874±2.198)μg·h·mL-1,and the relative bioavailability reached 182.32%.Compared with haematococcus pluvialis oil and commercially a-vailable Asta-MCs,the pharmacokinetic parameters of the self-made Asta-MCs were significantly improved.关键词
