Abstract
With the popularization of the concept of sustainable development and the enhancement of the awareness of environmental protection,the application of green building materials in the construction of building engineering has become a research hotspot.This paper conducts an in-depth discussion on the definition,classification,environmental impact assessment and application of green building materials in building engineering construction,uses life cycle assessment method to analyze the significant advantages of green building materials in energy conservation and emission reduction compared with traditional building materials,and summarizes the experience and challenges faced by the application of green building materials through comparative studies of typical cases at home and abroad.The study shows that although the application of green building materials is affected by cost,technology and policy,it is important to promote the sustainable development of the construction industry.关键词
