Abstract
The influence factors of heat transfer at high temperature were studied,and the application effects of graphene ceramic composite coating and traditional thermal spraying coating on high temperature heating surface of power plant were simulated and compared.The results show that the surface of the graphene ceramic coating is smooth and flat,the emissivity is as high as 0.93,and it has excellent anti-coking and high heat absorption and conduction ability.In the simulation experiment,compared with the traditional 45CT thermal spray layer,the thermal absorption and conduction efficiency is increased by more than 20%.In the renovation of gas furnace,the steam amount per unit gas amount is increased by 5%,the heating rate after the bottom of the pot is increased by more than 20%,the heat source coating can save more than 15%of the electricity consumption,the running rate of processing equipment is increased by 20%,and the workpiece heating rate is significantly increased.关键词
