Abstract
Aiming at the problem of insufficient heat production of an energy center in the start-up trial operation stage,the causes of insufficient heat production of a lithium bromide unit were analyzed from three aspects:flue gas parameters,cylinder liner water parameters and hot water pipe diameter design,and the optimization measures were put forward.The results show that the heat of cylinder liner water accounts for 22.65%of the total input heat,and the heat of flue gas accounts for 22.52%of the total input heat.The unreasonable design of hot water pipe diameter is the main factor causing insufficient heat production.Using the principle of cascade utilization of energy,the hot water is entered into the heat exchanger in series,avoiding the uneven distribution of hot water flow,reducing the temperature difference of the heat exchanger,increasing the flow of the medium,and thus enhancing the heat transfer effect.关键词
