摘要

Abstract

An energy acquisition circuit suitable for ultra-low input voltage is proposed,which consists of a boost converter and a bridge-free synchronous rectifier circuit.It has two modes of ordinary rectifier and low-voltage pump up-rectification,and can be switched adaptively according to the input voltage.The circuit structure and working principle are analyzed,the voltage gain in different modes is calculated,and the adaptive control circuit is designed.The results show that when the input voltage is low to 80 mV,the output voltage of the circuit can reach 1.5 V and the maximum boost ratio is 28.6.The circuit has the advantages of high input voltage adaptability,high gain and low starting voltage,which can effectively collect vibration energy efficiently and provide a new way for self-energy supply of low-power sensors.
