居住建筑全生命周期碳排放研究
Study on the carbon emission of residential buildings in the whole life cycle:A case study of talent apartment in Yulin Normal University

Abstract
Taking the 3#talent apartment project of Yulin Normal University as the research object,the emission factor method is used to establish the carbon emission calculation model of the whole life cycle of the building,and the carbon emission in the physical and chemical stage,operation stage and demolition stage is calculated by combining building information modeling(BIM)technology,and the corresponding emission reduction measures are proposed for each stage.The results show that the operating stage had the highest carbon emission(68.14%),which was mainly caused by the energy consumption of heating and air conditioning system and lighting system,and was the key stage of carbon emission reduction.The second is the physical and chemical stage(29.51%),and the carbon emission mainly comes from the production of building materials.The removal stage had the least carbon emission(2.35%).关键词
