基于多目标优化的烟台地区既有农宅外围护结构优化设计
Optimal design of the outer envelope structure of existing farm houses in Yantai area based on multi-objective optimization

Abstract
Based on the literature research,the paper investigated the building layout,building structure and peripheral protection materials of existing farm houses in Yantai,summarized the typical forms of farm houses in Yantai,built a typical rural house model,and simulated it on Grasshopper platform to obtain the annual total energy-saving of the rural house model.With energy-saving and economic benefits as the goals of the renovation plan design,Octopus plug-in was used to optimize the comprehensive energy-saving transformation plan with multiple objectives,and economic transformation plans under different energy-saving rates were obtained.The results show that the energy-saving rates of the four kinds of economic transformation schemes are 39.0%,41.6%,45.5%,and 50.7%,respectively.The total investment cost is 12 566.2 yuan,13 739.6 yuan,15 157.1 yuan,and 18 775.8 yuan,respectively.The net present value rates are 9.2,8.9,8.8,and 7.8,respectively.This study can provide reference for the energy-saving renovation of rural residential buildings in Yantai.关键词
