摘要

Abstract

With the promotion of"double carbon"policy,green building has gradually become the core trend for the development of construction industry in our country and an important guarantee for the implementation of core concepts of sustainable development,and BIM technology has an important role in constructing energy-saving optimization of building basic model through the application of digital simulation information technology.This paper focuses on the relevant overview of low-carbon energy-saving concepts in architectural design,expounds the application value of low-carbon energy-saving concepts in architectural design,discusses the application of BIM technology in building construction,and optimizes construction planning,schedule control,resource management and quality monitoring through the multi-dimensional information integration and visualization characteristics of BIM technology.
