Abstract
The application status of LM6000 PF gas turbine intake filtration system at home and abroad is analyzed comprehensively,and combined with the weather characteristics of Tianjin area,an efficient intake filtration system optimization scheme is proposed.Through numerical simulation and actual performance test,the gas turbine intake systems with different filter structures are compared and analyzed.The results show that by optimizing the structure design and filtration mode of the air intake filter,the filtration efficiency and dust capacity of the filter are obviously improved,and the initial pressure difference and operating pressure difference are reduced.After the renovation,the average annual output of the gas turbine is increased by 2.6%,the operating cost is saved by 278 000 yuan,which effectively delays the decline of compressor efficiency and gas turbine output power,reduces heat consumption and compressor surge risk,and prolongs the service life of gas turbine turbine blades.关键词
