Abstract
Experimental method was used to study the flow characteristics and flow distribution of gas phase and gas-liquid two-phase medium flowing into each branch pipe of 4 parallel pipes.In the experiment,a horizontal pipe distribution system with an inner diameter of 30 mm for the main pipe and 15 mm for the branch pipe was used to analyze the static pressure distribution of the main pipe,the standard deviation of branch pipe inhomogeneity(STD),and the flow distribution and inhomogeneity STD of the branch pipe under annular two-phase flow under single-phase medium condition.The results show that under single-phase conditions,the static pressure distribution in the main pipe increases successively,but the inlet medium flow rate has no obvious effect on the dielectric inhomogeneity STD in the branch pipe,and the STD remains at about 2.45%.Under the annular flow condition,the liquid phase occupies a larger proportion in the No.1 and No.4 branches,while the gas phase occupies a larger proportion in the No.2 and No.3 branches.The change of inlet two-phase flow velocity has little influence on the gas phase inhomogeneity STD,which is maintained below 5%in the range of experimental conditions.Increasing the inlet gas flow or decreasing the inlet liquid flow can effectively reduce the inhomogeneity STD of the liquid phase.关键词
