Abstract

In the process of steel production such as blast furnace and hot blast furnace,the energy efficiency analysis of key energy-using equipment mainly relies on the post-event thermal balance test,which is difficult to meet the requirements of fine management of energy efficiency standards.In order to solve this problem,taking the blast furnace hot blast furnace as the research object,an online energy efficiency analysis system for blast furnace hot blast furnace was proposed,through the establishment of an online energy efficiency calculation and analysis model,the operation data of the hot blast furnace is collected in real time,the operating thermal efficiency is calculated in real time,and the key parameters such as gas flow,combustion air flow,air ratio,cold air flow,and hot blast temperature are dynamically and quantitatively analyzed,and then the improvement direction is clarified,and specific operation optimization suggestions are put forward.The results show that the thermal efficiency of the hot blast furnace is expected to increase by 0.9%compared with that before the system was put into operation.
