摘要

Abstract

In order to analyze the impact of deviation of the secondary reheat steam from the design value on the economy of a 1 000 MW dual machine reheating system,a thermal system model of the steam turbine is established to change the temperature of the secondary reheat steam and analyze its effects on parameters such as steam turbine heat consumption rate,power generation efficiency,boiler feedwater temperature,and flow rate.The results show that the deviation of the secondary reheat steam temperature from the design value will lead to an increase in the heat consumption rate of the steam turbine,a decrease in thermal efficiency,and an increase in parameters such as boiler feedwater flow rate,temperature,and power of the regenerative small steam turbine.To reduce the impact of reheat steam temperature deviation,measures such as boiler combustion optimization adjustment or heating surface modification can be taken to achieve safe and economical operation of the unit.
