摘要

Abstract

Taking a water pumping station along a tributary of the Yellow River as the research object,this paper analyzes its current energy consumption and puts forward a series of innovative energy-saving strategies,including the adoption of variable frequency drive(VFD),intelligent control system,pipeline optimization and other technologies,and verifies the implementation effect of the strategies through case studies.The results show that the energy efficiency of the pump station has been significantly improved,with annual energy consumption reduced by about 30%,saving about 60 million kWh,operating downtime reduced by 15%,and water loss reduced by 10%.The integration of efficient pumps,VFD technology,optimized pipeline design,intelligent control systems and rigorous maintenance practices can significantly improve energy efficiency and achieve sustainable water management.
