摘要

Abstract

Using literature review method and case analysis method,this paper analyzes the formation of European standard system,framework system,content characteristics and so on.The research shows that the European offshore wind power standard system is mainly composed of IEC and DNV standard system framework,integrating international and regional standards to form a complex framework to promote technical coordination and market unification,but the system has challenges in the limitations of each standard system,the lag of system update and the integration of standard systems.The European experience shows that China needs to pay attention to the standard construction strategy when constructing the offshore wind power standard system,and put forward suggestions to optimize the offshore wind power standard system,such as strengthening the top-level design,coordinating the standard-setting bodies,coordinating the development of technical standards for innovation,and adapting to the needs of new materials.
