Abstract
To review the evolution of EU policies and measures to promote renewable energy,analyzing the effectiveness of EU policy initiatives to address the severe energy supply and price challenges in 2022.The research shows that the EU has alleviated the energy supply shortage and initially realized the renewable energy substitution by introducing the energy substitution of the United States and accelerating the development of renewable energy.In particular,the carbon dioxide emissions have dropped significantly and maintained a downward trend.However,the EU still faces problems such as the uncertainty of energy supply,the great challenge of the deep transformation of energy policy,and insufficient policy and financial support.By summarizing and analyzing the policy measures and existing problems of the EU,the paper puts forward measures to accelerate the construction of renewable energy and achieve the goal of"double carbon"in China,including resolutely implementing the national energy security strategy,actively promoting the work of carbon peaking carbon neutrality,and orderly promoting the cooperation of the international new energy industry chain.关键词
