吉林省二三级综合医院医护人员自评健康状况及影响因素分析
Analysis of Self-Rated Health Status and Its Influencing Factors of Medical Staff in Second and Third-Level General Hospitals in Jilin Province

Abstract
Objective To analyze the self-rated health status and its influencing factors of medical staff who worked in secondary and tertiary general hospitals in Jilin Province,and to provide suggestions for further improving the health level of medical staffs.Methods Using a stratified multi-stage sampling method,two second-level and two third-level general hospitals were randomly selected from various cities(prefectures)and counties in the province.Then,45 doctors and 45 nurses were randomly selected from the internal medicine,surgery,obstetrics and gynecology/pediatrics,and other clinical departments of the selected hospitals for questionnaire survey.Results The proportion of the medical staff who evaluated themselves as"good","average"and"poor"were 29.05%,55.59%and 15.35%respectively.Logistic regression analysis showed that:sleep time and healthy diet were the common influencing factors for the self-rated health status of medical staff at different levels.;sleep less than 6 hours was the risk factor for good self-rated health status;compared with conscious healthy diet,involuntary healthy diet was the risk factor for good self-rated health status of medical staff.Conclusion The self-rated health status of medical staff in Jilin Province was mainly"average".Health education for medical staffs should be strengthened.And medical institutions should further optimize organization and management,and improve the working environment of medical staffs,to further improve the health level of medical staffs.关键词
