Abstract
Objective To analyze the physical examination data of the elderly aged 65 and above in a town,master the chronic disease comorbidity status of the elderly in the area,and provide reference opinions for the health management strategy of the elderly.Methods A total of 7 617 elderly people aged 65 and over who participated in the annual physical examination in a Town in Doumen District of Zhuhai from January to October 2023 were selected as the research objects,and their blood pressure,blood glucose,electrocardiogram,abdominal ultrasound and other health examination data were statistically analyzed.Results The prevalence rates of hypertension,diabetes,dyslipidemia and obesity among the elderly who participated in the physical examination in the Town were 46.35%,41.03%,74.84%and 12.62%,respectively.Patients with dyslipidemia had the highest prevalence of three diseases(26.70%).Logistic regression analysis showed that overweight and obesity were the risk factors of comorbidity,and women and normal body mass index were the protective factors of comorbidity.Conclusion The abnormal rate of physical examination results of the elderly aged 65 and above in this town is high.Patients with dyslipidemia have the most significant comorbidity,which is the focus of comorbidity prevention and treatment.It is suggested that the Community Health Care Center should carry out physical examination for the elderly in combination with the service of family doctors,incorporate the physical examination results into the health records for continuous management,and provide targeted health guidance,so as to improve the quality of life of the elderly.关键词
