西双版纳傣族自治州居民2023年健康素养现状分析OA

Objective To understand the health literacy level of residents in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture and analyze its influencing factors,so as to provide a theoretical basis for improving the health literacy level.Methods A questionnaire survey was conducted among 2 480 residents aged 15-69 years old by multi-stage stratified sampling and simple random sampling.Results The health literacy level of residents in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture was 16.5%in 2023.Among them,the literacy levels of basic knowledge and ideas,healthy lifestyle and behavior,and health skills were 25.1%,21.3%,and 14.4%,respectively;the literacy levels of safety and first aid,scientific health concept,infectious disease prevention and control,health information,chronic disease prevention and control,and basic medical literacy were 41.6%,28.2%,23.8%,21.9%,19.9%,and 19.4%,respectively.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that urban and rural distribution,education level,occupation,and income level were the main influencing factors of health literacy level.Conclusion The health literacy level of residents in Xishuangbanna Dai Autonomous Prefecture is generally low.In the future work of improving health literacy,people with in rural areas,farmers'occupations,low education level,low income,and over 55 years old should be the key focus growps,and attention should be paid to the guiding residents'health behavior and lifestyle.
