大气污染与学生因呼吸系统症状新发缺课关系的研究
The Analysis on Association Between Air Pollution and Student New Absenteeism Caused by Respiratory Symptoms in Qingpu District of Shanghai

Abstract
Objective To evaluate the health effects and association of air pollution on student absence caused by respiratory symptoms in Qingpu District of Shanghai.Methods The students absence data caused by respiratory symptoms,meteorological data,and air pollution data of Qingpu District from September 2,2013 to June 30,2018 were collected.Generalized additive semi-parameter Poisson regression model was conducted and R software was used for time series analysis.Results Absenteeism caused by respiratory symptoms among students in Qingpu District was concentrated from December to January of the following year,consistent with the peak of the AQI.The lag effect of PM2.5,PM10,SO2 in Lag3 and NO2 in lag4 was the most significant,and when the concentration increased by 10ug/m3,the excess new absence risk(ER)was 2.22%,2.07%,11.10%,4.56%,respectively;the cumulative lag effect was the most significant at lag07,and the excess new absence risk(ER)was 5.10%,5.79%,30.49%and 11.02%,respectively.The lag and cumulative lag effects of CO were the most significant in Lag3 and lag07,respectively,and for each 0.1mg/m3 increase in CO concentration,the excess new absence risk(ER)was 2.95%and 7.80%,respectively.Conclusion Exposure to PM2.5,PM10,SO2,NO2 and CO have influences on the new absenteeism caused by respiratory symptoms among students,and exists lag effects.It is recommended that the health and education departments strengthen relevant knowledge education to remind parents to take corresponding measures when air pollution occurs;at the same time,it reminds medical institutions to rationally allocate resources to cope with the fluctuation of the number of visits.关键词
