实习护生心理韧性与心理健康的相关性分析
Correlation Analysis of Psychological Resilience Between Mental Health Among Nursing Interns

Abstract
Objective To explore the correlation between psychological resilience and mental health among nursing interns.Methods A convenience sampling method was used to select 597 nursing interns from four tertiary A hospitals in Shanghai as research subjects.The Adolescent Psychological Resilience Scale and the Student Mental Health Scale were used for the questionnaire survey.Pearson correlation analysis and multiple regression analysis were employed to study the relationship between psychological resilience and mental health.Results The total mean score of psychological resilience of nursing interns was(3.50±0.49),and the total mean score of the mental health scale was(1.80±0.55).The total score of psychological resilience and its dimensions were significantly negatively correlated with the total score of mental health and its dimensions(P<0.05).Multiple linear regression analysis showed that parental relationships,internship stress,peer support,recent family changes,care from clinical instructors,and interpersonal communication were the main factors affecting nursing students'psychological resilience(R²=0.152).The total score of psychological resilience had a significant predictive effect on the total score of mental health(R²=0.21),with emotional control and interpersonal assistance having the strongest predictive power for mental health(R²=0.35).Conclusion The psychological resilience level of nursing interns is closely related to their mental health level.Cultivating nursing students'psychological resilience through specialized health promotion programs and health education curriculum design,particularly to improve their emotional control abilities and social skills,thereby facilitating nursing interns'rapid transition into professional roles,is a worthwhile direction for future nursing education efforts.This approach merits exploration and implementation in upcoming nursing education initiatives.关键词
