儿童性虐待经历对大学生婚前性行为态度的影响研究
The Research on Effect of Child Sexual Abuse Experience on College Students'Attitudes Toward Premarital Sexual Behavior

Abstract
Objective To explore the influence of the experience of child sexual abuse(CSA)on the attitude towards premarital sexual behavior among college students,and to provide the scientific basis for the development of sexual health education and the intervention of risk sexual behaviors among college students.Methods Using the method of stratified cluster sampling,1 400 college students in Luzhou were selected as the research object,and an anonymous survey was conducted anonymous surveys that combine online and offline.Results The CSA reporting rate of college students in Luzhou was 13.05%,of which light,medium and heavy level accounted for 4.72%,4.79%and 3.54%respectively.Under the control of other confounding factors,with the increase of the severity of CSA experience,college students were more open to premarital sexual behavior.Conclusion Luzhou college students'CSA reporting rate is high,and the college students who had experienced CSA are more open to premarital sexual behavior,and the relationship between the two is more obvious in those who had experienced serious CSA.It is suggested to strengthen the prevention and control of CSA in early childhood sex education,and pay attention to the influence of CSA experience on premarital sexual attitudes in college students'sex education,and guide them to establish correct sexual attitudes and values,so as to reduce dangerous sexual behaviors and promote their sexual and reproductive health.关键词
