Exploring the Benefits of Dance Movement in Promoting Mental Health
摘要
Abstract
Dance not only contributes to improving physiological functions but also enhances mental health.Regular dance activities can improve cognitive function,enhance positive emotions,increase feelings of well-being and self-esteem,and help alleviate negative emotions and correct emotional disorders.The psychological benefits of dance are influenced by factors such as exercise intensity,frequency,and duration.Future research needs to further clarify this dose-response relationship to better understand the connection between dance and brain behavior,providing insights for the development of rehabilitation training techniques.关键词
