摘要

Abstract

Dance not only contributes to improving physiological functions but also enhances mental health.Regular dance activities can improve cognitive function,enhance positive emotions,increase feelings of well-being and self-esteem,and help alleviate negative emotions and correct emotional disorders.The psychological benefits of dance are influenced by factors such as exercise intensity,frequency,and duration.Future research needs to further clarify this dose-response relationship to better understand the connection between dance and brain behavior,providing insights for the development of rehabilitation training techniques.
