Abstract
Objective To understand the health-related behaviors and health status of online taxi Hailing drivers,as well as the road safety status,so as to provide the basis for improving their health status and promoting urban road safety.Methods The on-site questionnaire survey was conducted among the online taxi hailing drivers over the age of 18 in a company in Shanghai in 2022.Results The proportion of unhealthy behaviors such as irregular diet,no exercise,less than 6 hours of sleep per day,12 hours of continuous work per day,drinking,smoking,untimely medical treatment,and high life pressure of online taxi hailing drivers were higher;the prevalence rates of stomach disease,obesity,hypertension and cervical spondylosis were 22.56%,26.15%,31.79%and 19.49%,respectively.A total of 89 drivers(45.64%)were deducted in half a year,among which the deduction rate of drivers who slept less than 6 hours,worked for 10 hours or more,and were often tired was significantly higher than that of other groups.Conclusion There are many adverse lifestyle and health behavior risk factors among online car hailing drivers,and the prevalence of chronic diseases is high.the health education should been strengthened for online taxi Hailing drivers,so as to improve their health awareness and health level,and ultimately promote road safety.关键词
