Abstract
Objective To analyze the cancer incidence and mortality in Jinze Town of Shanghai from 2017 to 2022.Methods The incidence(death)rate,age-specific incidence(death)rate,incidence(death)order and annual change percentage(APC)of malignant tumors in Jinze town from 2017 to 2022 in the Shanghai Cancer Registration and Reporting System were calculated,and the trend of incidence and death of malignant tumors was analyzed.Results The average annual crude incidence,Age-Standardized Incidence Rate by Chinese Population Census in 2000(ASIRC),and Age-Standardized Incidence Rate by Segi World Population Census in 2000(ASIRM)from 2017 to 2022 were 622.52/105,294.18/105 and 275.52/105,respectively;the standardized incidence rate of males was lower than that of females.The average annual crude mortality,ASIRC,ASIRM were 253.23/105,78.61/105 and 78.64/105,respectively;the standardized mortality rate of males was higher than that of females.The incidence and mortality of malignant tumors increased with age.Lung cancer,colorectal cancer,thyroid cancer,gastric cancer and breast cancer were the main types of cancer in recent years;lung cancer,gastric cancer,colorectal cancer,liver cancer and pancreatic cancer were the main dead cancers in recent years.Conclusion Lung,colorectal,stomach and female breast cancers are the main threatening of the health in Jinze Town,and the elderly aged 60 years and above are the key groups in cancer prevention and treatment.To reduce the burden of malignant tumors in Jinze Town,the comprehensive prevention and treatment of malignant tumors should be strengthen.关键词
