Key Problems and Thinking on the Construction of Core Health Emergency Capacity in Public Medical Institutions
摘要
Abstract
Against the backdrop of globalization and urbanization,the frequency of sudden public events has increased.Public medical institutions,as the core force in emergency response,directly affect the outcomes of event management.Current public medical institutions still face shortcomings in collaborative operation models,health emergency literacy,comprehensive treatment capabilities,and emergency material reserves.This paper investigates the key issues in the construction of core emergency response capabilities in public medical institutions.It proposes strategies to build an efficient public health emergency system,enhance rapid response capabilities through early monitoring and warning mechanisms,and improve public health emergency literacy to strengthen community-based prevention and control.These strategies aim to provide a basis for improving the emergency response capabilities of public medical institutions and further optimize regional emergency capacity building.关键词
