基于剩余熵标度的气化工质黏度模型
Viscosity Modeling for Gasification Working Fluids Based on Residual Entropy Scaling

Abstract
To accurately predict the viscosity of gasification working fluids over a wide range of temperatures and pressures,a viscosity correlation model based on the Rainwater-Friend theory combined with the residual entropy scaling method was developed.Seven common gasification working fluids and their mixtures are studied,including methane,nitrogen,oxygen,carbon monoxide,carbon dioxide,hydrogen,and water.By correlating the dimensionless viscosity with dimensionless residual entropy,the model reduces the number of parameters and improves extrapolation performance in high-temperature regions.Comparison with experimental data and REFPROP calculations demonstrates that,within the parameter range of integrated gasification combined cycle(IGCC)systems,the model achieves an average absolute relative deviation(AARD)of 0.73%for pure substances and 1.26%for mixtures,both of which are lower than the deviations of REFPROP(0.79%and 1.70%,respectively).关键词
