校准点数量分布对CTD(温度)校准结果的影响研究
Study on the Influence of Number Distribution of Calibration Points on CTD(Temperature)Calibration

Abstract
For the 8-point(0~35 ℃)calibration of CTD(measurement accuracy:±2mK)is time-consuming and high cost,based on the high precision seawater thermostatic tank,30 CTDs calibration results were collected,and the influence of the number of calibration points(4,6,8)was researched.The 4-point calibration basically met the measurement accuracy(±2 mK),but nearly one third of the calibration points fitting residual exceeded the measurement accuracy,which can not meet the high-precision CTD calibration.The 6-point(35,25,15,10,5,0 ℃)calibration results were all within the range of measurement accuracy(±2 mK),meeting the measurement accuracy(±2 mK).CTD(№11858)was selected to evaluate its calibration repeatability and deviation.The calibration repeatability of 6-point is 0.8 mK,8-point is 0.5 mK,and deviation is within 0.5 mK.The uncertainty of calibration results is better than U=1.5 mK(k=2),and the experimental results show that 6-point calibration is feasible to replace 8-point calibration.The research results can help shorten the CTD calibration cycle,reduce calibration costs,and improve the efficiency of marine surveys while ensuring the quality of marine survey data.关键词
