Abstract
Based on Matheson's rule,the temperature scale linear interpolation equation from the melting point of gallium to the solidification point of indium was derived.According to the Guide to the Realization of the ITS-90,the uncertainty of this linear interpolation was analyzed and verified,and the inconsistency of the interpolation equation was calculated using calibration data from 47 high-quality standard platinum resistance thermometers.Conduct experiments using 4 standard platinum resistance thermometers and calculate type 3 non-uniqueness.The experimental and computational results show that the average maximum value of inconsistency in the overlapping temperature zone is 0.26 mK,with an average standard deviation of 0.28 mK;Type 3 non-uniqueness of this interpolation is 0.16 mK.The propagation uncertainty is 0.33 mK.The combined uncertainty is 0.43 mK.The linear interpolation equation is simple,accurate and has good reproducibility.The present study also finds out that the measurement uncertainty of the triple point of water do not affect this linear equation..关键词
