Professor Zhang Shoulin's experience in the treatment of IgA nephropathy based on the theory of toxins damaging the kidney collaterals
摘要
Abstract
IgA nephropathy occupies the first place in the incidence of primary glomerulonephritis.Once the disease develops to end-stage renal disease,it needs to be treated with a renal replacement therapy.Zhang Shoulin believes that toxins damaging the kidney collaterals is the key pathogenesis of IgA nephropathy,and the syndrome runs through the entire disease.In his clinical practice,patients with IgA nephropathy are treated by stages according to whether they in an acute stage,a chronic stage or a stage of renal failure.His targeted treatments have achieved good clinical efficacy.关键词
