Analysis of the four pathogenesis stages and clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment of yin-yang imbalance in prostate cancer
摘要
Abstract
This article explores the pathogenesis evolution of prostate cancer from the perspective of yin-yang imbalance,categorizing the disease progression into four stages:yang excess,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,and yin excess.It analyzes the changing patterns of yin-yang,considering yang excess as the initial formation of cancer toxin,yin deficiency as the invasion of cancer toxin,yang deficiency as cancer toxin metastasis,and yin excess as the establishment of cancer toxin.Its treatment principles follow the ideas of tonifying deficiency and purging excess,balancing yin and yang,and aiming for equilibrium of yin-yang.The principles of detoxifying cancer toxin,nourishing kidney yin,warming and tonifying the spleen and kidney to strengthen the body's healthy qi,and using drugs of both cold and heat natures to expel cold and resolve masses are established.These approaches have yielded significant clinical results.关键词
