Experience in the treatment of hyperuricemia with a damp-heat state using amur cork-tree,atractylodes rhizome and Chinese clematis root
摘要
Abstract
Modern people have long been fond of eating fatty and sweet foods with heavy flavors, resulting in a surplus of drinks and food essence, which accumulates in the body and forms grease turbidity, including sugar turbidity, lipid turbidity, uric acid turbidity, etc. Its pathological center lies in the gastrointestinal tract, leading to a dysfunction of transportation and transformation in the spleen and stomach, endogenous generation of phlegm-dampness,stagnation transforming into heat over time, forming a"damp-heat state".Amur cork-tree,atractylodes rhizome and Chinese clematis root are three herbs commonly used in a prescription by Tong Xiaolin in his clinical treatment of hyperuricemia with a damp-heat state. The combination of amur cork-tree and atractylodes rhizome in the formula means"Er Miao Pills",which can clear heat and dry dampness, improve the"damp-heat state",and have the effects of promoting uric acid excretion and reducing uric acid production.Chinese clematis root acts to dispel wind and dampness,to unblock meridians, and relieve arthralgia, used both as a target drug to alleviate joint pain and as a biochemical indicator target drug to reduce uric acid levels. The combination of the three herbs can not only adjust the"damp-heat state",but also target to lower uric acid, relieve joint pain, and regulate the state and targets simultaneously. The commonly used dosage of amur cork-tree is 9-18 g,atractylodes rhizome is 9-30 g,and Chinese clematis root is 15-45 g.In clinical practice, attention should be paid to their adverse reactions to ensure safety.关键词
