仝小林运用穿山龙调控桥本甲状腺炎相关抗体用量规律研究
Analysis of the dosage patterns of Japanese yam by Tong Xiaolin in the regulation of Hashimoto's thyroiditis related antibodies

Abstract
Objective To analyze the dosage patterns of Japanese yam in the regulation of Hashimoto's thyroiditis related antibodies TGAb and TPOAb by Tong Xiaolin.Methods Various factors that affected the dosage of Japanese yam were analyzed by SPSS Statistics 26 based on the outpatient medical record system of Tong Xiaolin.Descriptive statistics were conducted on the initial dosage,time of administration and average dosage of Japanese yam in effective cases.Spearman correlation analysis was used to analyze the relationship between the dosages of Japanese yam and the TGAb and TPOAb titers,respectively.Results The dosage of Japanese yam was influenced by various factors such as patients'age,BMI and thyroid autoantibody titers.The total effective rates of Japanese yam in reducing TGAb and TPOAb were 50%and 65.91%,respectively.The average initial dosage by Tong Xiaolin was between 45 g and 75 g,with an average effective time between 3 months and 6 months and a shortest effective time of about 30 days.When the TGAb titer was less than 500 IU/mL,the dosage of Japanese yam was mostly 45 g,and when the TGAb titer was greater than or equal to 500 IU/mL,the dosage of Japanese yam was mostly 60 g.Similarly,when the TPOAb titer was less than 100 IU/mL,the dosage of Japanese yam was mostly 45 g,and when the TPOAb titer was greater than or equal to 100 IU/mL,the dosage of Japanese yam was mostly 60 g.Conclusion In the clinical treatment of Hashimoto's thyroiditis,the TGAb and TPOAb titers can be regulated with Japanese yam,and its dosage can be flexibly adjusted according to the differences of the patients'ages,BMIs and thyroid autoantibody titers.关键词
