Wang Tan treating lung impediment based on the notion of"deficient cold in the lung and kidney"
摘要
Abstract
Interstitial lung disease is a major and difficult disease of the respiratory system,which seriously affects the quality of life of patients and is short of effective treatment methods.Professor Wang Tan,based on the clinical manifestations of this disease,classifies it into the category of"pulmonary impediment"in traditional Chinese medicine,believing that although the causes of its development are complicated,their essence can be ultimately summarized as"deficient cold in the lung and kidney,retention of phlegm,fluids and blood stasis,and the stagnant and blocked lung meridians".He proposes to treat lung impediment from the perspective of"deficient cold in the lung and kidney",focusing on replenishing the three internal organs of the lung,spleen and kidney,and combining the methods of unblocking the meridians and removing blood stasis.These methods deal with both the symptoms and the root cause of the disease,achieving a remarkable efficacy in clinic.关键词
