摘要
Abstract
In traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),it is held that acne is closely related to internal factors such as lung heat,damp-heat in the spleen and stomach,liver depression and qi stagnation,and heat in blood,etc.Based on the theory of"stagnated heat and hyperactive ministerial fire",Li Jianhong proposes that the core pathogenesis of acne with the syndrome of stagnation in the defense phase and heat in blood lies in the hyperactivity of ministerial fire,internal stagnated heat,and liver-kidney yin deficiency.Clinically,its treatment follows the principles of clearing heat and cooling blood,harmonizing qi and blood,emphasizing the influence of emotional factors on the disease.This study systematically expounds the relationship between stagnated defensive qi and the endogenous generation of blood heat,summarizing the treatment characteristics of"regulating the lungs to activate defensive qi"and"cooling blood and promoting blood circulation",and verifying its clinical effectiveness in combination with case studies,in order to provide theoretical evidence and a practical guidance for the diagnosis and treatment of acne in traditional Chinese medicine.关键词
